The house is moving along nicely. Electrical, plumbing and heating are all done. They started putting on the siding, and finished the insulation on Friday. They are starting the drywall today (they need hours and so they are planning on hanging drywall all weekend!)

I am finally posting pictures from our trip to Brookfield Zoo in Chicago. Three adults and 6 kids made for a fun trip. I think the kids had more fun running around together, but we did manage to see a few animals.
At the last minute (about 3 weeks before it started) we decided to send Anthony to 4K. He was very excited! Mommy didnt get to see him off on the first day because i had to work, but Daddy took these cute pictures before they left!!

We had a very busy August!! Here are the highlights
Canoe and Camping trip- We went camping one last time, we were rained out the last two times we wanted to go camping. But this time it was worth the wait because the weather was perfect. We also were able to use the canoe we found on craigslist. The boys actually did a great job sitting still in the canoe.
Adams wedding was another highlight of August- Here is a picture courtesy of Anthony.
We went to the Madison Racetrack in Oregon (only minutes from the new house) For a friday night race. We were able to go down on the racetrack and meet the drivers and get autographs before the race.
We went to my parents block party too. My parents rented this cute little train for all the kids to ride on.
